Our aim is for the Build Pagosa logo to help people recognize what we're all about. The logo includes icons of a building and mountain peaks to further nail down the group's main objective, to work together as a community to build a better future for our wonderful mountain town of Pagosa Springs.
Build Pagosa tackles the workforce challenges faced by small rural communities through its partnerships with government, schools, and local businesses.
Our group supports the development of non-college career paths and trade fields that strengthen our local economy, foster a dignity of work, enhance smart growth, and create entrepreneurial opportunities.
We exist to help train and build Pagosa's workforce now and in the future.
