The Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce has named Larry Ash the 2024 Citizen of the Year. Recognizing a critical need in our community, Larry founded Build Pagosa, along with others, and continues to serve as its Board President. As he celebrates 50 years in Pagosa Springs in 2025, Larry has witnessed the county's growth and transformation firsthand. His unwavering dedication to youth, education, construction, building code development, family, and faith has made a lasting impact. Both Build Pagosa and our community are incredibly fortunate to benefit from Larry's tireless commitment and passion.
