What happens with the 150 internship hours?
Answer
Many graduates do not have the financial flexibility to complete unpaid clinical hours, and without compensation the internship becomes its own barrier to finishing. Build Pagosa is seeking funding to partner with local dental offices and subsidize 50 of the required 150 hours for the first three cohorts.
