What happens across the week?
Five trades in five days. The town building inspector opens the week by teaching you to read architectural plans and understand local code. A professional framer then guides you through building three connected wall sections, which the county building inspector checks and declares up to code. After that a licensed plumber has every student solder a joint, an HVAC technician runs a hands-on installation, and an electrician teaches you to wire and install electrical components. The week closes with local business owners and managers from electronics installation, garage doors, flooring and lumber.
